★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very horrible experience. I had to visit at least 6-7 times for collecting my blouse which was redone several times by the tailor. An unprofessional approach towards customers by the owner. Not recommended for peace-loving people.
(Edited) I'm sorry, I guess your definition of civilised differs from mine. And looking at your reply, you clearly have the wrong meaning of civilised. I will definitely not visit again because I don't wanna go through the trauma. I am thinking of posting your reply on social media. Let me know what you think. Moreover, you need to do some introspection for dealing with customers.
Ps- looking at the reviews of the so called uncivilized customers, we wouldn't wanna come again.
