★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I are NRI's who had been looking to sell our old apartment in Salt Lake in Kolkata for a few years now, with no success. Just prior to our recent trip to India, we got in contact with Mr. Chandra Sekhar Chowdhury. Our trip to India was very short, only about 10 days, but Mr. Chowdhury was able to move very fast, and get us a list of potential buyers within a very short time, who we were able to meet as soon as we reached India. Within another few days, we were able to narrow down the list of potential buyers and receiver offers for sale. With his counsel, and information he shared on each buyer, we were able to agree to terms of sale with a wonderful family who we thought would be great new residents of our old home. Chandra Sekhar was instrumental in helping expedite the entire sale process and closure and registration of the sale within a matter of days. From end to end he was able to help us sell the apartment in a matter of a week or two, whereas we hadn't been able to do this for several years.
