★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relatives that go with those on whom tests will be performed are asked to wait outside because of Covid19 prevention measures. However, there is no visible signage to communicate this requirement and it was not indicated when we called for appointment. Also staff should be trained on handling this based on context. Allowing relatives to accompany customer at 8am when there's no rush is very different from peak time and perhaps such nuancés must inform decision-making.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited here for my husband’s blood test. They don’t have experienced staff. They tried to take blood at first. Then when it didn’t fill, they tried again at a wrong position. My husband experienced great pain. He even fainted just after the second try. I saw another person in the clinic with the same situation. I DO NOT recommend anyone going there. Poor staff and Very poor service.
