★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A most pathetic test center i have ever visited. I came for pre employment check up. They just didn't do my ECG checkup while it was clearly written in the list of tests. I asked 2 3 times if everything is done. After that they kept on calling me to come to their center again for the remaining test. I live at koparkhairne and coming down is definitely a big deal for me. Full of harassment and harassment to my company as well. They sent several mails as stating that i am not appearing. This kind of treatment is not acceptable from a brand like SRL. worst experience ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them home for Covid test for my 2 daughters below 11 years , my wife and my mother. They had report ready after 24 hrs as they informed Icmr and BMC. We got a call from them but it is more than 48 hrs our report still not reached to us and my family medication for Covid is still not started. I made several calls in customer care but no one helped. Very unprofessional and worst lab I have seen in my life. They don't value their customers and putting their life at risk. this is when I paid 19000 to them .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my covid dose today and after reaching there I got a call that the stock has not yet arrived, they asked us to wait or come back after 4 hours, I had to reschedule it for the next day, how can cowin show availability but it's not available at the place? I had heard about SRL as a good name but I don't see it now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic people. Pathetic service. I had my 2nd dose due today for 5pm. I took appointment for this hospital. I got a call from them saying we have not yet received stock from the govt so u plan for tomorrow.
I had to leave tomorrow mrng so i took appointment for today. How come its possible that there is no stock. Then why in cowin slot was available ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow service. Visited for RTPCR and the person taking the sample is so slow that even government hospitals are 10 times faster than them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic - it’s a request to all those reading the reviews to never do any kind of test with srl. They never give reports on time we have been calling and begging for reports , they are all trained well to say sorry for the inconvenience caused, but will not send the reports

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service as health is concerned but staff and doctors can be more friendly. Most of them behaving like they are doing favour to you while guiding and consulting. Cafeteria is also not clean and cheap quality of food you expect good breakfast after 12hours of fasting for medical test.Not strongly recommend for any medical test there are many good service available metropolis lab and Dr lal path labs. Expensive and quality of service is really bad.
