β β β β β Ok experience overall. It started with confusion about who will come to collect sample. Later, there was lack of clarity about charges. Had to spend too much time and effort to get what should have happened smoothly. Hope they improve.

β β β β β Not happy with the service, they promised to give the report by EOD and did not send it till next afternoon. Despite calling multiple times and getting false confirmations on report being dispatched, no report was received. Call center person just kept the phone on hold for more than 10 minutes and stopped picking the calls. Her name was Sheetal.
When the sample was taken, not sure if it was taken properly or no, the person who took the sample just did it as formality and I could feel the casual behavior during the same. So not sure about the correctness of the report as well.
Would not recommend anyone to get their tests done at Igenetic, they don't have processes or infrastructure to support what they promise to deliver.

β β β β β We contacted Igenetic for two rtpcr tests for international travel purposes. The person came on time on 24th Dec'21, collected the samples and other required details and left. He didn't gave us the receipt for Rs 1400 and we also forgot to ask for the same.
The reports were required by 24th evening as my children were to travel on 25th. Unfortunately, no report was received on 24th or even 25th and thereafter.
Fortunately, we also arranged for a 2nd back up test from Metropolis. Their report came on 24th evening and my children could travel without any difficulties.
Be careful if you are going to Igenetics and if required for travel purposes, pls go for a 2nd back up.

β β β β β I contacted this centre on 22Nov2021 as they were listed as one of the labs for PCR testing for international flights out of Mumbai.
I informed them about the PCR test and if I could do it on 23rd. They said I just need to bring my Aadhar card. I reconfirmed if they did not need my passport and they stated only Aadhar required.
23Nov I went to the prescribed location in Marol. When I approached them ( branch near St JOHNS CHURCH) I was asked to go to another branch at Nishant apartments Marol for the testing.
I reached Nishant apartment and the staff Priyanka asked me for my passport. I knew this was a requirement for overseas travel hence carried my passport and ticket as a precaution. Aadhar was not asked for.
Completed the test and they asked me to go back on 24th to collect the hard copy.
24 Nov- I went back to collect my report and the staff (same lady who took my PCR the previous day) asked me to wait as her printer was not working. Few customers came and I asked her if she had change for RS. 500 as the rikshaw driver also had no change hence I had asked him to wait. She declined. The wait turned out to be 25 minutes. I asked her what should I do. She was least apologetic and she asked me to go to another branch. I contacted their customer service and was asked to go to the first branch where I went the previous day to collect the report.
I took the same rikshaw and went back there and got a copy.
Totally unprofessional and ignorant also negligent staff working with devices without checking their condition and making customers run around and incur more costs.
Will never go back to them for sure for my next PCR!

β β β β β Worst experience I have ever had in any diagnostics center.
I wanted to share my experience with these people, few days back I have booked for CHIKUNGUNIYA IgM test by ELISA method for my younger brother, before booking I have spoken with their executive named KIRTI then only I have confirmed for the test, but they sent me report of RAPID method.
When I asked them about the Method of Report then see told me test had been done by RAPID method, then I asked her when I have booked for CHIKUNGUNIYA IgM test by ELISA method then why you have done RAPID method.
When I asked her for the report which I have asked for then they started giving excuses like She is having too much calls that's why she has forgotten about the method, then she told me that they are having too much calls that's why they don't take seriously all the calls,.
When I asked her for the report which I have booked for then says that I have to pay once again for the test. And after that they stopped giving me reply.
I'm saying, is this the way to handle a reputated Diagnostics center, they even don't take seriously to the patient and making them fool.

β β β β β Terrible experience, the staff said Iβd receive the pcr test results on the same day as the day the test was submitted, hence booked it with them, however it didnβt come back on time. I confirmed at least 4 times before booking and all the 4 times they(Keerthi) promised me I would receive it on time. I never received it and had to look for other options at the last moment. And to make things worse, when I contacted Ms. Keerthi asking her an update few hours before my flight departure, she says she is out and abruptly cuts the call. I will never ever use their services, nor will I ever refer them to anyone, not even my enemy! Waste of money!

β β β β β Pathetic lab. First of all they don't update the payment in system. I paid twice for the same service.
Secondly CBC test report received is 100% wrong. My doctor asked me get tested again. We got it tested again from Apollo.

β β β β β WARNING: DO NOT CONSIDER this place if your test result is important for TRAVEL PURPOSE etc.. you might lose your bookings like we nearly did.
> Firstly, sample collection was very late.
>> We were left hanging at 10PM few hours before our flight without the test report, which was promised by 6PM.
>> CRM stopped responding to our calls and messages.
>> Customer support line is non-functional after 8PM. No other means to reach these ppl.
In total desperation, I reached their centre hoping to get some information from a watchman or something because our entire international travel bookings were at risk..
What is worse is that the staff and management is least concerned to make amends about this. Nobody cares if 1 customer complains.. They are probably busy making the most out of the Covid waves.
