Efficient queue management, information signage boards, care support, basic amenities, huge seating capacity, what not has many other services like food court, Atm, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vijayawada city bus stand or local bus stand is an excellent bus stand with seven platforms. The stand is straight and circular like other bus stands and nearly 300 metres in length. The stand has a covered shade to protect from sun and rain. The stand has chairs with overhead fans for sitting in waiting area. In every platform there is a display board. There is an announcement desk and enquiry desk. Announcements are only made in Telegu, so for non-Telegu speakers it might be a problem. Bus inspectors and officers are available and they can speak in Hindi and English and will readily help you out. The bus stand has security cameras and police patrol. Numerous food stores are available and you can get from biscuit and chocolate to non-vegetarian meals. RO or purified drinking water machines are here. SBI and Andhra Bank ATM is available. An full covered place for breastfeeding mothers. Baggage storage (stall number C19) system is available. Restrooms are available. Bus services begin from 4:00 am in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We can get a city bus to any destination in and around vijayawada city here. Hygiene is satisfactory and staff members are comparative. Tea stall, tiffin hotel, other shops, toilets are there.
The most important thing is that we have special bus facility to the world famous kanaka durga temple from here. We can find these busses at the entrance of the city bus station. Bus charge to the temple is Rs.10 per head. They are available from dawn to dusk.
