★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and disregarding staff. No instruments are playable. Insufficient stock. I inquired about buying an euphonium but the staff did not help or consider at all... The official yamaha music website had guided me to this store but they were completely ignorant of my need and said that they did not store any wind instruments at all whereas the Official website and a representative of yamaha music to whom I spoke said otherwise. I was told on the official website faq that in case of the instrument not being available in an outlet, one could order the instrument and then try it out at the store, however the staff present was so impolite and inconsiderate that they did not even listen to my request and straight up responded by saying that they do not deal in in wind or brass instruments. I was also told to not to touch any instruments as I reached out to play a piano whose fall board was up indicating that it was meant to be played.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely aweful place. Very bad, rude and unprofessional behaviour. Zero value for money. No after sales support. They will only grab money then they won't even bother to provide service. Starting from watchman, salesman, cashier as well as owner, all are unprofessional and greedy.
Now after this review I got a threatening call within 5 mins asking me to withdraw the review. Unbelievable audacity people they are. Such ridiculous outlet!! Even they are so shameless that they made a call to me immediately after this review and forcing me to withdraw the feedback ?.... Literally insecure.
