β β β β β I have returned my product to SHEIN on 4th of Dec still the parcel in not yet delivered, I dun knw where its gone, whenevr I am tracking online it's showing in transit and when I m following up with customer care of both the place, Mumbai team says me to call Kolkata team and Kolkata team they says me to check with Mumbai team and the vendor is also not supporting me they r suppose to raise complaint but they did not do, I had to do by my own and they Neva receives my call,its about to be a month but there is no update about my parcel, I have to visit everyday to the shop but till m unable to get my product back. Worstest services DTDC have, I would suggest not to prefer this service, if ur courier gets misplaced than CC will not help u out.

β β β β β Well , quite unprofessional. Without weighing an article , quoted an absurd fees for a parcel. Totally ridiculous. Never ever saw in any DTDC outlets before, everytime they measure weight properly before quoting the fees. The person has a arrogant attitude and does not bother much about what he says. Insensitive. Will not recommend anyone.

β β β β β They will not receive your call, they will tell you after returning the parcel that the sender have'nt provided your contact information( a clean lie). They will put status that your parcel is out for delivery, then after 4-5 days you will get to know that they returned it.. This is the time when they will receive your call.. These lame creatures have only been known of lying and giving excuses.. This is my 8th time, parcel returned issue.. Finally I am here to tell all about this.. They don't have ther complain system in working condition.. I dont know how they utilize their phone.

β β β β β The office is itself inside a house and the board of dtdc is not put on the top of the house, hence it was difficult to recognize the correct location.
I was having 500 cash and the executive dont have the change, even i offered if she is okay to receive payment through google pay etc. or directly to her bank account, but still she was not okay with that.

β β β β β I had quite a few items to parcel and these guys helped a lot. They packed it at there side and also told ways to reduce the volume being taken up, so as to reduce the total bill.
