★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. If there was an option for zero stars I would have given that. The food is disgusting. The Tv doesn't work, the reception is rude. The taps five out brownish water, even the hand soaps smell. The pillow covers have lice in them. The fish was months old, the bathroom dirty. There is no wifi, mind you. Even there cancellation policy is rigged. Disgusting. Go anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is really good for a staycation. The rooms are good and cozy and the service is really great and upto the mark.
Some room doors lock have a issue, they are not that smooth and the keys get stuck, other than this small thing, there will be no other inconvenience. We had planned a reception event at this place and it was conducted very smoothly. They also catered to the individual special needs like Jain food and milk for babies.

But........ Be prepare for...
1. Very Poor management.....
2. Expensive food.....
3. Sudden cancellation of food without information.....
4. Lot of staffs but still you have to wait long for your needs.... Manager is busy in playing games and watching videos....not attending the problem
5. Snake holes with large snakes behind the tent....
6. Brownish tap water...
7. Electricity problem....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome experience. Great ambience. Stayed for 2 nights 23/12/21 & 24/12/21/ Excellent food. Very good service & behaviour. Rooms were also very good. Simply did not expect such a good resort at Jhargram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a very average place. The rooms look a bit cheap but are cozy to stay. It is amist a forest which makes it a delight for nature lovers. The food is average. It does have a functional swimming pool. The best part of this resort is the staff, they are very friendly and polite.
The suit room does not have a shower and the water in the washroom has traces of mud in it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PROS: Location is good. You can see elephants roaming all around. Food quality is good. Staffs are also not bad. Rooms are ok.
CONS: People drink and smoke weed publicly there. No restrictions are imposed. Also after drinking couples and boys make obscene scenes in front of kids and other families. No one stops them from doing so. So if you are planning to go there with kids and elder members in family, please think twice. Otherwise if you are searching for this kind of fun, you are always welcomed.
Food is very costly and the nearest restaurant is very far so you are left with no option other than having food from there itself.
Manager is not so well behaved.

Excellent rooms, great maintenance of the property, great food, hospitality, bonfire.... I would come back in a heartbeat... Amazing job everyone in the resort... Thank you for an outstanding stay...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a mesmerising stay at this resort. Nice resort surrounded by forest with ample amenity. We stayed in Super Deluxe room and the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean. Food is amazing at a reasonable cost. Complimentary breakfast needs some improvements though. Contradictory to many reviews on Google I found the behaviour of all the staff very humble and extremely helpful. Overall had an awesome time at this resort.
