★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a riverside 'ghat' located on the side of the Ganges. This is located adjacent to Ariahadaha Burning Ghat or Crematorium. This is the place where Hindus perform the rituals after burning the mortal body following demise. This Ghat is also used for taking the holy bath in the Ganges. People also come here to collect holy water of the Ganges which is used in worshipping and many rituals.
The place is beautiful and fully paved. Stairs are there for taking dip into the holy river. There is a changing room for females.
A temple of Maa Kali is located here. The name of Maa is 'Abhaya Maa'. There is a beautiful temple of 'Ganga Maa' by the side of the Ghat. Overall it's a holy and beautiful place.
