Buying Arihant Aspire not worthy as location is very bad, also they demand value is very high, its value for money at 2BHK @ 70L all inclusive not more than that. Don't do deal at first visit at their sales office. Go there take quote and do market survey and do negotiate. Otherwise you will make loss of 6 to 10Lakh on all inclusive price aslo their Carpet area is very small for 2BHK 575sqft which very small. Balcony also very small area.Also their project is very slow, they should complete entire project by 2025. Don't be impressed by the advertisement & project dashboard. Book flat when they will start simultaneously doing entire project amenities & 8 tower & they must complete their entire project by 2025.
Buying Marathon Nextzone or Sai world is value for money as their location and sqft area is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They're cheaters. I had a very bad experience during the site visit. Do not trust these people soon. They force you to do the booking immediately at the first visit even with 11k which they promise is refundable. But I doubt getting a refund as well. They had promised us about the site visit that a cab will be arranged to and fro. While going towards panvel there was no issue. But when the booking was not done from our side as my family wanted to have further more discussion regarding the same, they did not even arrange for the return trip as we were charged around 800 for the cab later. It has been so long since they're telling that they will refund us that 800 but nothing seems to be happening. I really can't trust them with even a ruppee after this worst experience. Please don't fall for the trap. They are cheaters. I'm not at all happy with their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will give 3 star builder is reputed but this project will take around 6-7 years to complete. This project is on highway but area is not developed very well. It's a village side area. If you want to invest money then u can but don't do booking when u first visit this site. First check surrounding area. Pricing is very high comparison to surrounding area. It's around 6-7 km from panvel railway station. They are providing office space in home that is o factor. Overall if you only want to invest money then you can but if you want go stay there then don't invest money.
