Very rude staffs even they are ready to fight with passengers.
Wherever they wish they stop the bus?? Their was no ticket was given??
Pls change your way of customer service else???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with ARL. This is first time I came across this kind of inconvenience. Friends I am honestly suggesting you, please do not never use this ARL bus in ur life. If really want to waste too much of money and u don't want reach on time, you can use this travels. Get lost ARL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, they wont send any bus details. They won't respond to calls, even they will switch off there cells, bus came late by 3 hrs. There is no alternative way with them when something happened with bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arl is the start up travels which provide bus service between bengalore, Davanagere,ranebennuru, Hangal, hirekeruru, anuvatti, jade, Banavasi, they provide good service but they need to improve with the buses, and provide more bus roots.
According to me they are providing the good service from bengalore to Banavasi. Drivers and staff are very good. Some time office staff feel like talking harsh but also they will provide you a better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. They play tollywood movies loudly back to back. In spite of requesting to lower the volume or turn it off the continued playing the movie till 12am. They don't realise that it is passengers sleeping time. I boarded the bus at 5pm and they stopped for dinner at 12:30 am. The on bus staff is inhuman to the passengers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogant owner, no respect to travellers. Smokes inside office even when there are lady travellers. I would happily wait on road than stepping inside office. Avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Person at reception (mosty owner) is rude piece of $h!t he was smoking in the office when there are lady passengers inside, just to inform that bus arrived he said in a rude tone. Just avoid at all costs. No proper maintenance and no cleanliness. Also owner is racist. No ticket issued. Just message based booking.
