★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service ever unnecessary delayed by 1hr with an excuse of traffic but that was 1000% lie nd I booked for lower seat they asked me to sleep on uper seat as the actual bus was not there they shifted us in another bus nd next morning bus driver was asking us to get down in between only without making any arrangements for us to go till Subrahmanya fvking people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had booked overnight ticket from Bengaluru to Uppinangadi via Paytm. Journey started after close to 45 mins delay from Bengaluru. After reaching Dharmastala they asked us to get down as it is their last stop and arrange our own transportation to Uppinangadi. Tried contacting the travel agent after that but no response. Not at all recommended.
