★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst service. Serious thing is, passenger will not get seat which they booked and they refuse to give. Cleaner and Driver not friendly and show arrogance on passengers to provide seat.
No clean maintain and seats are not good,very poor quality.
Very dangerous for senior citizens to travel due to bus cleaner and driver behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't go with this bus very worst timings there is No journey start and end time to this bus please go with any other bus or ksrtc don't choose this. Our journey started mid night 1.00am instead of 10.30pm please go with other buses

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is fraud travels, they have some agencies who will call and ask you money to book without red bus app, once booked just at the time of bus arrival they will say due to some issues tickets has been cancelled and they will demand us money to book in other travels just by saying amount will be refunded next day, simply they will provide fake ticket number once you call to driver of that bus he will say here and there finally by never showing up. I spent one night just waiting for bus, guess what after all this drama they will say it's some other fraud guy who is doing all these things to our customer,amount has been refunded to him,how will he know our number and personal details without travels involvement.
One of worst experience ever, sri Varalaxmi travels sucks,you guys never grow by cheating innocent people.
It does not deserve any star, this travels will never grow, it should go to hell?????
Refund the money you shameless people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service seats were toren no covid guidelines followed no back up for emergency services ma bus broke down for 4 in the middle of the road no customer service provides they put too much goods on public transport they take to much time to unload the goods from Vehicle at each stops no coordination worst I reached by 3 pm where the bus was supposed to reach by morning to location no refund totally can't trust the service worst bus condition

Recently I have booked a ticket from bangalore to shivamogga in make my trip app. But one person from vijayalakshmi travels called me and said that your buss is canceled sir, you will be refunded. Still I am in follow-up but no refund and no response.
