Ayurveda – un arguably the most ancient science & traditional Indian system of medicine continuing unknown into 21st century in the world. Origin – Ayurveda originated as part of “Vedic Science”. It is considered as the 5th Veda or rather an “Upveda” of Atharveda. “Ayurveda” is derived from two words. “Ayu” which means life & “Veda” which means knowledge or science. Ayurveda means the science of life & hongevity. Ayurveda describes what should be ideal life, deals & how to lead a healthy life, what should be the lifestyle of a human to lead a health & prosperous life.
It describes the health which exactly coincide the definition of health describe by WHO. It consist that: समदोष: समाप्ति संधातुमालक्रिया: It means that health is not merely absence of disease but health is a stab of physical & mental well being of a person. Ayurveda regards the body as composed of the same elements as the comas of fine elements (Panchbootas): Earth Water Fire Air Combination of these produce the three vital humors (doshas) viz. Vaat (wind) Pitta (Bile vital energy) Kapha As described in health definition. Health is maintained through the even balance of three vital humors of the body. Each humor is related to the 3 universal qualities (Gun) & each itself 5 folds or types of specific locations & functions for each constituents. After three doshas, here come seven Dhatus which makes the important constitution for human body.

I was suffering from Dengue . I went to a private clinic , where they did all the blood test . My platelets count was down to 50000 . They continued my medications with generic allopathic medicine. But after this serious condition they still didn’t recommend for platelets injections they continued with pricey medicines and kiwis and other fruits . They recommended to do blood test everyday and recommended if platelets goes down to 30000 ,get admitted to hospital.
I was in deep confusion ,battling for my life because my platelets count was not increasing after everyday blood test and taking all medications. But then I decided to visit Jasbeer Ma’am.
She was so thorough with the examination and gave medicines, balancing my Vata , pitta and kapha. She recommended natural remedies which are very effective in comparison to allopathic medications which are general medicines for all category of people. She also found the error in testing of blood samples of that clinic.
Within 3 days my platelets jumped to 135000 and I was gaining strength. She recommended to have a balanced diet and also insisted to included more fruits in diet. She was easily reachable throughout my dengue period and I was in constant monitoring under her during the period. She was the life saver. I am very thankful to her.
