★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst head and shoulders spa I ever had.
And when I say worst.. Trust me..its worst than worst.
It was one of the baddest spa experience ever. And I have had lot of experiences and most of them have been good but this was not even close.
I had a head and neck massage which costed me 950 bucks which seemed pretty ok to me cos I tht the massage would be nice.
I came out within 10 minutes and told lady I am not liking it but still she charged me full amount.
They Are jst here to make money not to make happy customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only are they highly priced, I ended up with a masseuse who was quite bad at her job. She was inconsistent with the presssure and what’s worse........ she sent me home with a very bad muscular pain in my middle back. I have been to this place a few times, but the latest experience was the worst. Train your staff better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their timing is till 10pm so at 8:35-40pm when you arrive. You Certainly expect at least a 60mins foot massage. Specially when you are a regular and a loyal customer with them for the past 7years !! However, the lady at the reception didn't agree to this and only agreed for a 30mins massage ! With absolutely rude and not interested tone of speech. The old staff used to be really warm and welcoming but the current lady at the reception at inorbit Mall outlet is extremely rude and pathetic. Not happy with the attitude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for a massage at the inorbit mall. The pricing is on higher side, but if you looking for foot massage then this is the only place. The service is good and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent spa in all aspects. Front staff is polite and helpful. The masseurs and masseuses are experts in giving massages. The foot, head and face massages are so good that it completely relaxes you. Have been a member for quite a few years and shall continue to do so.
