★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is the worst delivery chain i have seen ever. my father has asked for delivery of the grocery items, but when the items are received, it was seen that most of the items are over-priced and some of them are priced at mrp. Even while receiving the order, I asked the delivery person to wait for 10mins, so that i can tally the items to their respective amounts. The delivery person was so arrogant, he flew away immediately.
The same was informed to the store same day and I was assured that the items would be picked up & amount will be refunded. We have been calling time and again, each time a new excuse would be provided from other side.
So when after 10 days I went to the store for returning the items, they said the items could not be returned as it has passed the returned date. Whereas i was assured that return be done at any point of time. The office boy called me to Biju Pattnaik college and i was forced to return the goods on road side. Such is there management system. Pathetic!!!!
On top of that the delivery boy was arguing that he stood for 20mins; when i argued lets go back to apartment and check the vdo photage that moron was just speechless and i was just returned rs 346.
the lesson i learnt and i would advice don't go for this kind of shops and online shopping of atleast grocery/vegetable items. take a stroll to the nearest kirana store and buy ur stuffs. it will benefit ur health and pocket both

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless supply chain in Bhubaneswar. They are not at all responsive, with providing stale and dry vegetables. The grocery items are also over priced than a regular kirana store with wrong billing. The employees also don't know about manners.

Ordered items yesterday at 12:55pm, which were to be delivered by 8:00pm. But till today, now its 12:25pm, and neither i got the items delivered, nor someone informed me about the delay.
All the contact numbers mentioned in your website/app are switched off. Is this the way you handle a business?
