★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the general feedback about this project and builder is good, our experience left a sour taste overall.
When we visited the location next day after dasara(Tuesday) , we liked the project overall despite the poor road issue. There was no follow up from the Sales team. Nevertheless, after checking a few things, I called them on Thursday and got a call on Friday around noon.
The person we contacted Ms. Deepika was nice. I was trying to validate a few things regarding khata and conversion charges whenever it comes to Municipality. The phone was snatched by Ms Yogita at other side and she started with an aggressive line that we are taking so many days to book ( 3rd day after visiting). As I was planning to book, I told her that I'll come on Saturday (next day). Maybe she had another preferred client, she went on to unilaterally insult me calling 'small', 'no knowledge', trying her best to dissuade me from buying. Despite repeated requests not to talk aggressively and belittling me, she just went on and on. It's hard to put your money money with someone who lacks basic human decency and respect.
While, I was looking at buying here or another project from same builder, I just couldn't draw enough courage to deal with bullying behaviour of the executive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no coordination between employee and management... I booked the flat for one of my friend, Ms Deepika has confirmed the booking. And we have been talking for reconfigure our flat with Ms Deepika....No where she mentioned it is sold out....But after 4 days Ms Deepika says it has been sold out to someone else and this is done by management without her knowledge. We are not kids .Came to know they got another NRI customer who pays more....Don't trust these people , their word has no values. I think I have referred at least 15 friends who took the flats here, and seeing this kind of behavior from them.....never expected..... Simply I can say it is a case of Cheating....Avoid this Builder....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are on their words....provided full support from end to end process till occupancy. Deepika madam from marketing team is very responsive and helpful towards ars customers. Site engineer devandra is very helpful. Kudos to entire team for making ars green villae as a dream house for many customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Flat(s) with affordable price range. Locality wise also good. This Locality is booming and will be next Marathali in couple of years. One will find everything hear in few KM range.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am one of the owner from Phase-1 and yet to occupy my flat as interior is in progress. As I have already invested in this property as per my liability and affordability, but now regret for every other decisions that made me to buy flat here. Even we knew the quality won't be upto mark as per the flat value, but never thought it would be nightmare every other day I am exploring the concerns regarding every other aspects here say it the crack on the walls, Maintenance, water cleanliness, response of Builders to their customers, many more. Hope the Phase-2 owners get a bit relaxation as they might have taken up the learning points from Phase-1.

Her knowledge about the product is quite intuitive and she always provided candid information and suggestions. She also helped in finding a tenant for my apartment and was very supportive. Overall buying experience with ARS Properties is satisfactory.
