★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't trust this Developers. My own experience we went for a site visit near nagruru nelamangala. And paid a 10000 Amount as a token advance before paying token advance they told that if you're not interested token advance will be returned. Because of personal problems we withdraw the idea of purchasing that plot and went to office for refund Amount..they told us to give a recipient bcz the manager is not available and will payback tomorrow. We went more than 3 time till now nearly it has been one year still they have not refunded Amount. Don't trust the people who are working in aryaan Developers.
