★ ★ ★ ★ ★ number one biggest frod company..... only they a doing cheeted... Not responsive correctly..... It is worst company.... Bcz they are receiving 2.5l... in our side.... Then not like they are service.... That's y am ask re found the our amount....... Already 7 months done.... Still they are not giving amount..... Every day I am following same time.... But not responding..... Biggest frod company.... Cheated company......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience....Paid Rs 75,000 for booking a plot with vaibhavi properties @ Tumkur. Found out that the papers for the plot were inaccurate and hence requested for money back...It's been more than a year and after several trips to their office, the money has not been returned yet. This is disappointing especially when such companies loot the hard earned money from common people. DO NOT waste your hard earned money.

Later I found that these land will come under Sri Ranganatha Swamy trust and decide not to take the site in February. Till now they have not returned my money and the cheque they gave was dishonored. Disgusting staff with zero professionalism...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with M/S Vaibhavi Properties Bangalore. I had booked a site at Brahmalingeshwara Enclave Thavarekere Bangalore (Site no:66) on 17.5.2018 by paying cheque of Rs 6 lakhs. On repeated calls by the agency citing reason that they have to pay remaining money to the land owner, Rs 10 lakh was paid through RTGS on Feb 2019. including registration fee of Rs 80,000. But till date the site is not registered in my name. All the requests made are in vain. Madhan Kumar Manager and Executive Jeevan Kumar who showed the site and did the agreement procedures are said to have left the company and their calls are not getting connected.
Requesting immediate action and get our site registered asap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anyone brought site near toreramanahalli near Solur? I brought 5 years back still I dint got Khata and I have followed up a lot of time no proper response. If anyone brought site there please send me a mail with number so we can make group and form a association to follow up our concern to them. It's better if we have a group to talk our problems

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst real estate agency. They don't have proper documentation against their properties. I have canceled one deal this agency, because after checking time I came to know, that property doesn't have proper documents. I So asked them to give back my back.So far they didn't clear it. It's almost 3.years. Over. Management kindly look my mater.
