Does not answer the calls.
Even after the repair same problem arises within a short period of time and when asked they have no answers.
They try to make money by creating more problems instead of solving the original problem.
Cheap quality lifts and service provided.

This guys have not rectified any of the technical problems and it's been more than 9months and no hand over done yet . They come do something and go and again the same problems appear.. lift suddenly stops in the mid of 1st & 2nd doesn't open the door at the nearest, it automatically goes to the top floor and comes to the 1st floor, lot of problems with the brand and there machine .... terrible working condition
Very dangerous for the old age ppl,kids and pregnant women's...
I would never suggest this bloody cheap brand but they cost you bomb for the lift ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a pathetic service, if you purchase a lift from ascent , that's it . You won't have mental peace after making the deal .. all you need to do is everyday followup and you get 0 answers in revert. They don't have proper vendors , they just talk sweet and take the money .. I recommend not to go with ascent at all... this is for your good...

Yet to get it in complete trouble free working condition after 3 years of installation......

Please don't consider buying this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrost service team Wrost company use less customer service they took 2 years for installation and after installation when I had a service issue with the lift now it is more than two months they have not rectified the problem they fail there commitment every time I keep on calling them and they don't live to the promise they say some times they are rude to the customer on phone
