★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a buyer in Ashina Mulberry project of Ashiana Homes. I just saw today company has launched one more project by name Ashiana Regal in the situation when Ashiana’s 2 projects are already on halt and stcuk. Ashina Centre Court and Ashiana Mulberry both projects are stuck and possession was due in 2019. Now everyone can understand this is a fraud builder. I request you all please don’t buy in this new project, your money will also stuck similar to me.
Some helpful insights of the builder:
1. So many buyers are already filed the cases in Hrera against them
2. Cases filed agianst the company in NCLT by lenders of the project
3. Company got so many notices from Rera
4. For some towers even work has not strated till now which they had sold in 2016.
So please take your desicions accordingly considering all these ponits in your mind. Its a fake compnay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a flat here in 2013 and was promised possession in June 2018. Till now flat is not even close to possession. Paying mortgage on home loans along with existing rents and it’s almost a decade.
Please save yourselves and run in opposite direction
As fast as you can. Worst experience, waste of time energy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic builder to invest in. They have cheated all homebuyers in The Center Court project. It a year since there is no work and the builder has simply refused to respond. They don't honor the Agreement and would simply say that they don't have money and can't do anything. I purchased a flat under Subvention scheme and they are not reimbursing the Pre-Emis. Invest at your own risk because they'll cheat for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all if you want to see the correct details about company then please search `Ashiana Homes Jasola` otherwise you guys will see the wrong builder details.
Please don't buy any property in any project of this builder. This is a fake company. All of their projects got stuck in Gurgaon , their directors ran away from this place. Office is also closed, no staff is there. So please don't invest your hard earned money in this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their project the center court Gurgaon , they promised to give possession by 2019 but till date no news from them. Their construction work is stopped since Nov 2019 because of their cash flow issue. Even they are not responding to buyers which show a their unprofessionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst builders that I have encountered. I am a buyer of their project in joined venture with Landcraft - The Center Court in 2015. My date of possession was due in 2018. I had taken the property is subvention and the builder was supposed to take care of the PRE-EMI and EMI till possession. However, false promises started getting thrown from 2018 by the builder to start with and along with the the builder stopped paying the pre-EMI and the EMIs in 2019. Now the state is that there is no construction happening for the past 2 years nearly. There is no guarantee that this project will be delivered soon. Please avoid this builder and specially the project The Center Court at all costs unless syou are willing and looking to get cheated of your hard earned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am waiting for possession of my flat since 2 yaars and project stuck in the middle and company’s Director is crying that he don't have fund to complete the project by taking 80% of buyers money.
He and his whole sales team are a big lier.
Company's director is a big cheater and fraud person.
They have launched one more project in these situations when they don’t have fund to complete their old projects.
Rera cases alreday filed by different buyers.
--->So please take your decsions wisely, this is a fraud compnay. After considering these situation everyone can understand their intention. I personally suggest don't buy any property in this builder's project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought flat from these cheats. Have violated many rules to earn money. Just a simple example, for a apartment complex of 700 plus units, have given only less than 10 parking for guests. Parking marked for guests as per approval, was sold by these cheats for money. Be aware of these cheats. Will never deal with these guys. There are many legal case pending against them. So, you may loose your investment once those get settled.
