★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate the Sales team of Eldeco as sharp for they know how to extract money out of tour pockets. Post payment, you just get the feeling that you are like an alien to them. Don't expect fulfillment of commitment by this builder.The only thing this builder is interested in is making profits unethically. So beware buyers and don't ignore this unbiased and unpaid review. I have suffered at their hands and won't like anyone else to suffer. I am talking about its "Live By the Greens" project at Sector 150, NOIDA.
