★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Rise Constructions" is an all time fraud builder . Please do some online research before getting trapped in the clutches of such fraudsters. Mr Vaibhav Jain who is the owner of the company is an all time fraud who will grab all the money but will never deliver anything. His first project in Noida called as Heartbeat city was launched in 2010 but was abandoned by the builder once he collected 80%-90% of the money as per the CLP plan. If you have money to drain down the gutter , please go ahead and invest in this fraud builder's project . All you will get is a beautiful brochure for crores of rupees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is fake builder like others who take almost money from buyers and there is fake commitments for delivery of flats. Even not a senior person you may approach from this builder. My booking was in feb-2016 in their organic homes projects and possesion was expected in aug-19. Now there is no plan at builder for pending deliveries. Please dont invest in its any project otherwise you will be in problem.
