★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building is situated on a wide road not very crowded. Eateries are nearby. Well maintained.security is very good. Cameras are installed at entrance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice building, nice office of the builder but just like any other builder its full of people who would make all possible efforts to cheat you. I am currently undergoing a sever trauma because of this builder and its people. Neither the employees are in a capacity to resolve the issues not they help reach out senior management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rps savana of RPS group lacks basic facility like electricity. Witnessed really horrible situation during this summers. Builder took money for club but there is no swimming pool or any other club facilities.
Water logging in basements is another very very big issue.
Very bad society to live and even 1 star seems more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud Builder who cheated more than 2000 flat owners of RPS Savana Project.
Not obtained adequate Electricity connection even after 6 years giving sleepless nights in summers, No Club, No Pool, Poor build quality.
They only know charging high monthly maintenance amount and harass residents. Huge sufferings from past many years....RWA already filed fighting legal case for the deficiency in the project.
Strongly recommend to STAY AWAY FROM RPS PROJECTS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there is any ZERO rating, it should have been given to this CHEATER Builder. RPS is charging Rs. 6.4 /- per unit for electricity & Rs.26.6 for DG in Faridabad. In the month of Jan'22, when you are not using much elecrticity, they are charging Rs.1000/- just for DG charges. He has just provided 2MW electricity instead of providing 15MW. Now imagine, in the month of Apr, it will Rs.12000/- plus Rs.8000/- for your electricity plus Rs.7000/- for the maintenance so all in all you are going to pay Rs.27000/- per month to this CHEAT BUILDER on top of it he wants to charge extra for GYM, CLUB & SWIMMING POOL.
