★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had there been a zero or negative rating option, i would certainly have chosen that. I booked a ticket on 8 march from delhi to reach 9 march in amritsar. A person named Arif Khan was booking the ticket. He said that storage was full in bus and he made us to keep our suitcase under the seat in sleeper coach. In morning, when I reached amritsar, my suitcase was not there in the bus and I was standing in a nightsuit in the bus with my 5 year old daughter.
Later we discovered that this company has a practice of giving ticket on very cheap rates to Bihari Labour class who deboards at Ludhiana and steals the luggage of the passengers and no one owes responsiblity later. My total value of the lost luggage was 50,000 and My husband was struggling next day in police stations of ludhiana and its near abouts to locate the pesrons, but of no use as Ashiana travels themselves had collaborated with the thieves and purposefully made us to keep our luggage under the seat in a night bus.
It is my earnest request not to board buses of Ashiana travels Delhi as it is a gang of robbers and they didnt have even phone number of the passengers so that we could trace them in Ludhiana. This clearly reveals that Ashiana travels were involved in the theft.
It is indeed shocking for us, please avoid their bus in future. I have written complaint number in Amritsar and Ludhiana police stations to serve as proof which can be verified. Along with me, same day, a New zealand passenger bag was also stolen from the bus.
Be aware for this bus operator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bus service, if you book tickets online, reach before two hours, otherwise they will resell your tickets to other people, and make you travel in the cabin or in the gallery, also, they fill the gallery with commercial luggage to earn extra money, which causes a lot of problems. The bus driver and the office guys at Travel Point (their main office in Delhi) are really ridiculous don't have even the basic etiquettes, I'll upload a video recording of our worst journey in the bus soon.
