β β β β β Worst service I booked tickets from delhi to jaipur they charge me 1000 for seat and in bus there are many people's who are in sleeper on that price and they give me seat and not provide water bottles and even when I call them they don't reply me

β β β β β I got a message from mahalaxmi bus service that due to vehicle breakdown your journey is cancelled (find attached file). I booked 4 tickets costing 4900. Its refund is still not received after 12 days although they said it will take only 24 hours. I am daily making a call to that person and he is daily saying that he will initiate the refund tommorrow, but not doing it. Careless behaviour of staff. I dont know what to do. Can anyone please help?

β β β β β Greetings friends as a tour guide I suggest and have also experienced this Mahalaxmi travel service is good for travelling from Delhi to Jaipur however be aware of the vendors while in between while booking the tickets make sure you book your tickets genuinely only from Mahalaxmi Travels not the other vendors like Nandu and Chandu and the travelling service is also not very expensive they provide Water bottles before starting the journey as a welcome and you can also ask the water bottle in between the journey as well thank you

β β β β β Worst service glasses of the cabin is broken and staff Mr Rajesh who is attandent in bus 3132 from delhi to haridwar has not even given the blanket and when i asked the reply is horrible do what so ever u like say any thing to travel company i dont care and has taken the money just to keep 1 bag in back cabin of the bus else said take care of your bag i dont know if any thing wrong hapens to it.
