★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class seats of vaishno travels ...No washromm in bus however there are washrooms in most of the bus nowadays.Seat do not get adjust. And very bad rotten smell

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took this bus service from Delhi to Agra to visit Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. They picked us from our hotel and started the journey from Karolbag metro station. At first we visited Agra red fort and Taj Mahal. They gave us very little time to explore everything. After 5 pm they started journey towards different temples and the guide started giving religious lecture based on Hindu religion inside the bus. It seemed I was in religious journey.
The guide also does not translate into english what he says. Finally they dropped us at Karolbag metro station at 3 a.m. They gave more time in visiting temples than exploring Taj Mahal extensively.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moonlight travels basically operates Sleeper & Volvo luxury busses from Delhi to different other cities like Delhi to Jammu, Delhi to Shimla, Delhi to Chandigarh and other allied cities!
You can book tickets online or from their office as well. Service provided by them is good but Layover stops are not good for eating purposes rest in bus amenities are.also sort of ok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Don't travel with Moonlight travels buses. 5 hours late from Delhi to Katra. Too many bus stops. Bus speed too much slow. Behaviour of the bus staff was abusable. Due to late service, My helicopter and hotel booking was wasted. Never faced such type of poor service in mahh life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked my journey from delhi to jammu.My departure time is 8:30 but they just loading passengers without pre booking till 10:00 pm. When i tried to talk to agent then he said dont book this bus in future very rudely. First they said it will departure on time and then they do not behave good and shows bad attitude towards passenger problem. Bus condition was also not good and is in bad condition.
Even they load any passenger which made lot of misbehave in bus with low fare .. Which is also not safe for girls. Overall journey was very bad. Recommend not to book their buses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst traveller agency ever. We booked the A/C sleeper bus ticket from Katra to Delhi from moon light travels. The bus departs half an hour late from the departure time. After crossing less than 1/4 way they changed the bus and that bus was so conjusted. And they stop the bus for almost 3 hours. Then after crossing the half way the bus also got out of order and we changed the third bus and the condition of that bus was worst. They didn't provided us the A/C facility for which they have charged. The bus arrived four hour late. Don't book the ticket from this agency ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most pathetic travel service. They lure customers in with appealing offers and when asked to deliver turn 180.
We booked a 2*1 AC luxurious Traveller from Delhi to Jaipur (1 day sight seeing tour). The duration for this trip was pickup at 6am for us and drop at 11.30pm. However the pickup was done at 7.30am and even till 8 we were still in Karol bagh due to their fights with all the customers who had boarded till then.
In addition, we confirmed about the condition of the Traveller and the facilities like charger, push back seats, arm rest, leg space etc prior to booking. The agency promised all of these. However when we boarded the Traveller none of this was available. It was an old 2*2 Traveller with a seating capacity of 25. On asking them to transfer us to the Traveller we booked they said since some of the customers had already fought and left so they needed to fill seats of that traveller.
We asked them to reschedule the trip or cancel the booking and provide us with the refund. They denied both the options and said this was the Traveller that was leaving and if we want to go then board it else don't.
Please travel at your own risk since it's up to them to decide which vehicle to throw you into based on which is travelling empty despite even least consideration of the booking you made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very unprofessional. We had booked their car from Katra to Patnitop. Driver behavior was very unprofessional, he was forcing us to get down 5km away from hotel. He was kept on Fighting with us whole way unnecessarily. He spoiled our tour. Never book car from them.
