★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my personal experience.....they didn't give proper and as said facility.
No water and blanket in the AC bus also.
They have toilet paper but not clean.
No good for traveling.

I booked non-ac slipper from Delhi to Amritsar. At the time of bus departure they said there is no non-ac bus which is going to Amritsar. You need to pay 300 more rupees and then we will provide you slipper in ac-bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst and very discomfortable seats. The cost of seat were double when i booked online as compared to the bus conductor booking seat in cash on the way. The space and size of the seats was for single seat but the bus operator to earn more money he constructed 2 seats in place of one.
Highly unsatisfied with the service.

I m very disappointed with banjara satguru travels.my booked bus did not arrived. .driver contacted me and asking for early arrived after then he told me that some fault in bus so they arrange taxi but still 2 hours no taxi and no bus came at bus stop.very dissapointed
