★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So basically this is how a service center should be. Take the token and wait. Once you number appears on the screen go to the counter and tell them your problem. Remember to CARRY THE BILL of the product. They won’t help you if you don’t have it. I got my graphics card replaced in a week. Don’t expect for instant replacement. Be ready to wait from 10minutes to 30minutes. It’s AC so it’s fun. 4G works good and there is drinking water available. Remember to carry the receipt when you come to receive the product.

It's now 5 months that my laptop is not working despite giving it for servicing
People working have zero technical knowledge and can't even able detect problem.
They are simply stupid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company for services in india. I had my laptop purchased in 2018 and til now its been on service center for 8 months in 3 years at different location in different periods! And they can not solve the issue. At last i had to sell it for less than half of its original price.. NEVER BUY ASUS!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only good person in the service centre is the lady on the counter. The male staffs are really arrogant. They took more than a month to return my laptop and lied to me several times. Wasim is the worst employee and Rakesh tries to fool the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center ever..... I went to the service center to repair my laptop screen on 13 dec, 2021 and it's been 1 month that I haven't got my laptop repaired... I even tried to contact the service center and the mechanic tries to fool me that he would repair the laptop in week or later, they are unprofessionals they don't even know how to run software after replacing the screen which is known as bios.... And after half month has been passed I started contacting the service center again but the thing is either they are trying to avoid me or they are blocking my number as sometimes the call rings and sometimes it shows that the service center number is not available ?????..... Even the customer support in asus tried to contact them and have a conversation with them on conference call but still the number is invalid and no action has been taken ??? Worst company and worst service center ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have submitted my Asus Rog phone 3 for repair 3 days ago and I have been trying to contact the number provided by the service centre for updates and queries but they are not receiving my call at all,it's just a work for them but it's our asset which is with them which is very important for us which they don't understand.Not answering the call ain't gonna work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took 40 days to repair. Then too the phone had someone's personal WhatsApp and other accounts added. They were using it as their personal device. I have added photo and video of the account that was on the device. Completely unprofessional, did not inform about the delay and once the phone was repaired, kept pestering to pick it up immediately.
