Good if you have 5-6 hours to spare everyday with their support people and want to test the limits to your patience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic assistance by office staff. I planned to get new broadband connection and provide every document they asked for. At last they asked for advance money (i dont have any issue with advance), I asked for any receipt or registration slip in return of advance money but they denied.
I didn't like their behaviour and changed my mind to not go for this broadband service provider.

2nd one told, send email it will be refunded, just send email.
3rd one told, no refund is done in case of pre-paid.
And my experience, I don't get response on email, resolution is way far to expect from NETPLUS BROADBAND!!!!!!! "
Just don't pay extra ever. And also if something happens, internet doesn't come up before a day!
