speed goes down everyday, and disconnect 100 times a day. Better go for local broadband provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience in terms of customer service. I took the connection 2.5 months back. After the payment cheque cleared nobody came to install the connection at my place. On repeatedly following up I was informed that the connection cannot be made at my locality due to some technical issues at their end.
Its been long I have been trying to connect to them for my refund but all I get is fake promises that the refund will be made in 2-3 days time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. Very disappointed calling their customers service since morning and the tech has not yet arrived till evening. And then when I called they said they will send technician on next day. I mean seriously that how you treat your customers. Not recommended to anyone
