This isn't really helpful that the kind of services you are unable to follow at this point of time where people have to do work from home and my wifi isn't working from last two days.I have no answer for the delay of my work to my management. Since I know the kind of services you provide I proactively recharged my wifi a day before it expires. Ironically you guys keep reminding us and harassing us through calling atleast 7 days prior to plans expiry. I have been calling your customer care since yesterday for almost 2 hr long stretch. I do stand by you guys that the staff is short but how come for two days nobody responded to my mail and not even picking a call after an hour stretch as you claim that staff is short not that your office is closed nobody is able to resolve in two days.
In this crucial time I have no other option to just keep mailing and calling where no one is responding to me neither through call jor through mail. Please get this resolve on urgent basis. I am very much dependent on the wifi for my work and for my daily routine schedule. I hope to get a response atleast now and resolution asap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please never go for Den Broadband. They literally charge money for months in advance and then provide no wifi. No one will respond to your call or mail.After few days they will mail you that issue has been resolved and then again disconnect your wifi. In last one month, I had no wifi for almost 15 days and they had just one reply we have technical issue in your area.
My mobile data is faster than their 50 mbps plan where they provide you maximum speed of 10 mbps

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever ever ever never ever go for DEN Broadband in South Delhi region. They have the most disgusted services here. No matter what they say you will always find yourself in a guilt to have services from them. They never provide fiber cable, it is normal cable , but they would lie about fiber to get more customers. Speed would always be a problem plus signal will drop frequently and DEN customer care would end up saying , there is some problem going on in your area, and then some guy will visit you will turn on/off your router and would say its fine but it is normal for them. And you would still face the same problem.Better go for other broadband providers. Go for first 1 month prepaid then check if it's good if not then change. Don't ever go for 5-6 months prepaid, if service is not good they will refuse to provide refund even if service is not good. DEN broadband is biggest thug in this.
