I have faced a lot of issues in their network. Frequently they have disconnected the internet and when I called customer representative he have behaved rudely that do not call us many times it will not solve your issue. I have been calling the sales person who told me that we will give you 3+1 month 2870 plan with ott connection and after completing 3 months he have not responded to my call for the 4th month plan. I am asking for my security deposit return and they are not doing anything. Very bad experience. I would suggest to not go for excitel if you are near mayur vihar area.

DO NOT GET THEIR CONNECTION in Gurgaon!!! I wish there was an option of giving 0 star. I got the connection by getting lured into their introductory offer and once I recharged after the offer period ended, the internet stopped working. I have been following up since last 7 days and they do nothing. So if the internet is working fine then ok but if it stopped working then don't expect any resolution from them. They are also giving me the refund of 2500 of my next recharge that hasn't even started and not even the security deposit. Can anyone suggest what to do?

Do not waste money on their services. These people are highly punctual when it comes to extracting money from the potential customers and REGULAR service failure (every month). As a β€œcharity” they will attempt to give u one day free but won’t have an answer to the work lost because of the whole day internet services were out

Worst broadband service in Delhi NCR. Because of poor service, I have disconnected the service on 11th February & submitted all the devices but till 12th May, I have not received my security deposit back. Even there customer care service is worst, they are not responding in call or in chat, they will tell it will be updated soon but without solving the problem they will close the ticket

Worst company ever. Providing worst services to customers. Frequently abrupting data services which cause difficulty for work. After complain they just provide good connectivity for few hours after that again same problem and they do not take actions regarding customer issues for 2-3 days... Do not choose this company for internet. This is the worst data provider in state. I would give them 0 ratings if that option is available

If had option to choose zero then i would have given the ZERO rating to this provider. I recommend everyone not to choose this broadband provider atleast in this life. I had a Excitel connect for six months and during those six months i got challenges with internet speed and their service which was poor. After that i had withdrawn the connection. I have been chasing them from two months now but they are not giving my advance deposit money back. The irony is no one is bothered to take care of my concern. I have called to customer care and opened multiple Tickets to their portal but they are least concerned about customer's grivience. HOPELESS.

My internet was working absolutely fine for the past 2 months. Now, since last night, there have been frequent drops and the customer service team talks to you as if they are doing you a favor by picking up your call. They cut the call on your face, put it on hold for minutes, and just ask you to restart the router. I do not recommend this company, even if it's the only option available.

This is the worst internet provider in Delhi. There are frequent disconnections which abrupts work, especially during covid. The team puts calls on hold for a good 20-30 mins with no call back. They make you switch off your wifi or share your screen through AnyDesk and check the technicalities of the network to make it seem like they are helping you but there are no results whatsoever. I have been facing this issue for the past two weeks and have spoken to at least 25 people from their service and technical team and am still facing the same issue. Their ground team is equally lazy and not even the least helpful and simply asks you to contact customer service. All in all. A BIG NO!
