★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i wanted internet connection, so I got called frm act. One guy, I think he was sales guy frm act. He asked to pay online through debit card.. I paid. Bt aftr tht I hv waited for two months, no any call or msg. I tried to called them.. Bt they kept on saying. We are doing our best.. lastly they said, we hv already refunded your amount. Bt I didn’t received single penny in my account. So not an issue. And tht guy sanjay told me pay again n tomorrow or day aftr tomorrow, u will get connection.. again I paid.. same story.. no call or no msg.. always decline my call. Thts how I experience with act fibernet Internet.. I lost 884 rs for two times.. they do this kind of fraud.. so be careful.. I’m posting in other site too..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My internet connection keeps getting disconnected during rain and due to wind. I guess the installation was very poor. After that you can only get the connection back by making a service request on their app. It is very difficult to contact ACT fibrenet. You can call the helpline but the queue is massive, takes 15-20 mins. There is no way to contact the concerned technical person that is responsible for repair iniin my area in case connection is down. No doubt when the internet is working it is smooth. But the glitches in between and their response is very poor and frustrating. I do not recommend ACT fibrenet. Go for something more reliable and more responsible in terms of customer support.
