★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. Surat branch is the worst branch to deal with. Specially Muavia - this person Doesn’t know how to talk to customers and he is master in giving fake commitment. He will tell you to whatsapp him and then he wont reply at all. Please do not go to them. They don’t take any responsibility once they get cash.

They send the courier and does not provide Invoice as well as when we call to track our parcel they told that i have to ask another person and does not call back. The same thing is repeated every time when you call them for any help. Like my courier is held buy custom at Canada and they want the invoice and other form to clear the parcel by myself. But they just do the same thing which I described earlier. My courier is stlll in transit for almost a month. I request all to not send the courier by this company only because it is cheap.
