β β β β β Shubham , the so called owner is careless, rude, thankless and one of the most non-customer centric person. He does not attend to calls or requests once he takes payments. Our recent package was picked up by him on 16-October-2017 for Singapore and till date 31-October-2017 the package is lying in his office. 17 days and no response on his phone and since morning he is disconnecting calls. One of the worst logistics guy to deal with. Dont fall into his trap
His bills are also inflated and he regularly inflates the weight slab of packages to earn easy money. Lots of people who used his services along with us have complaints of thefts, inflated bills and package losses
Everyone can see here itself how he responds and choice of words he uses. It seems like he is a 15 year old kid in the business of mature and responsible people
