★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel was picked up on 18 December 2021,
And I had to call them every single day till 29 December to ask the status as there was no movement in any of the ‘tracking ids’ they provided me. Mind well, that I live in Canada so that means I am awake till 4 am in the morning waiting for them to pick up their call.
And their probability of picking up is 1 call in 25 calls which I do.
And even if they pick up, highly unprofessional language, cant pin point where my parcel is.
Afterwards I told them to withdraw my parcel, they sent it back to where they picked up and have the audacity to tell to my parents that the parcel was going to be loaded, then what the hell were they doing for last 10 days?????
THIS PARCEL SERVICE IS IN ITSELF A BIG RED FLAG.!
When they gave the parcel back, numerous things are missing in the name of customs without any ‘opened for customs’ cello tape. We all know what happened.
