★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Company is absolutely useless .The person I dealt with was Sonali. Initially just to get my business she was approachable .
After receiving Payment the mood changed very quickly to don't care anymore.
I was lied to by Sonali who told me my shipment was being shipped via Fedex and would arrive in Perth Western Australia in 3 days.
My Package arrived after one month as it was not shipped by Fedex but some back street couriers.
In the meantime my calls and messages to Sonali would go unanswered for that month.
Please do not use this company as the staff are so arrogant and ignorant.
Atlantic Couriers you are a hopeless company with no customers service at all.
Never again will I ever use Atlantic Couriers , very untrustworthy bunch of IDIOTS........
