I am very thankful to Malathi madam for her continuos support and guidance during my pregnancy which helped me to keep my mind relaxed and calm & to overcome difficulties during this period. I started my yoga classes from 5th month of my pregnancy and I m very much satisfied with the online classes, her constant effort in ensuring that her students benefit from her class is what makes the entire process focused. She addresses each and every person individually and corrects the posture If we do any mistakes and she gives tips to overcome difficulties in this period... thank you so much madam..

I would highly recommend this online yoga class to everyone. With twins I was not having sound sleep but few days of practice makes me fell very light and I started having wonderful sleep. The pain in my joints has also come down. I also love the way she ends the week with us by conducting a special class every Friday with a lot more than what we practice regularly. All thanks to Malathi ma'am.

From the beginning of my 3rd trimester, I was *having low back pains due to continuous sitting work*, but after *starting yoga at the beginning of my 8th month, this low back pain was all gone*. Moreover the *meditation practices helped me alot in reducing the day to day life stress, tiredness and weakness*. Her *tips helped me alot in curing all stomach issues in my 9th month*. My body which had stiffness earlier is now getting more flexible. I would like to thanks Malathi mam for all her efforts in making my pregnancy smooth. Thank you.

Shruti Feedback : *Delivered normally baby boy in March.* The beauty of practicing yoga is that your own experience is the real teacher and an adventurous journey in itself and today I am going to share mine. Yoga has been part of my journey in and out for the last 3 years but getting introduced to the practice through Malathi Mam is a miraculous journey altogether. As rightly said, "what we seek is what makes a way itself towards us". Malathi was introduced to me as a pre-natal yoga expert through my friend when I told her that I am in my family way (Priyadarshini-thanks to her indeed). As new to this prenatal journey I was slightly skeptical with the experiences shared by some 'mommy to be' about their tough rollercoaster ride but I was very sure not to quit on my practices during my maternity especially in these pandemic times but all I was seeking was maternity expert who can guide well so I started taking classes from her at the end of 3rd month and rest was just a cakewalk, all because of her. I was pleasantly surprised by how effortlessly she ensures that for everyone in the batch the whole process should be smooth and easy to adapt. Even when it comes to personal attention she is also all yours, for the smallest of advice which if taken seriously works wonders. I've heard about ladies facing lots of issues like nausea, blood pressure, leg cramps, lack of sleep, back pains, and most common may be mood swings but this consistent 1 hour of authentic meditative and yogic practices thankfully kept me away from all those so-called monstrous experiences. The journey no doubt was commendable because the practices were designed so well with endless benefits that you can always count on her for all your answers to your queries. Starting from : 1-Breathing synchronizations in the beginning 2-Variety of stretching and flexibility asanas from tip to toe 3-Asanas specific to each trimester that too driven with individual attention depending on person to person. 4-Targeted practices with props to enhance muscle strengthening. 5- Fetal talk sessions (which are certainly the best experience you can have ever with new being growing inside you) 6-Not to forget the relaxation techniques, they indeed tranquilize your body and soul. I realized I am on the right track when my gynecologist in the 5th month commended about the progress on reports and then she guessed about me doing yoga and all and my answer was yes( excitedly), this experience made me so sure about the direction I am progressing in. Thanks to Malathi mam, I must appreciate the way she pushes you and motivates you to follow the right approach and that truly gained all the difference in having a rich and healthy pregnancy experience that I often share with her from time to time. Our family has grown by 2 little feet(our bundle of joy), and in these last 6 months, I realized this journey has introduced me to a new version of myself which is now more connected to the energy that flows within and befriending with my higher spirit, a union of mind body and soul. Thank you Malathi mam. "Duty of guru outside you is to make you aware of the guru within you" Thanks for being that one, in my journey and for making me and my baby fall in love with yoga :).

I joined malathi mam online yoga class during my 4th month of pregnancy. *In my 3rd month scan my gynec told that I have high resistance blood flow in both the arteries to the baby.I was worried to the core*. i was stressed, lethargic and not able to concentrate on my work, even my daily activities till 4th month.I got to know about the pregnancy yoga class through my collegue. It is a great opportunity, gift I should say to know about the class at right time.*From 5th month I can experience the positivity and confidence through chanting, yoga, diet and breathing techniques taught by mam. (Even my family members noticed the change). Fetal talk and positive affirmations helped me to overcome my scan abnormalities*.The *information about the labour, breathing techniques helped me to gain confidence, overcome the fear about labour*, she *provided me the diet changes(home remedies)to reduce pressure, increase hemoglobin count, constipation problem*.Those are very beneficial and easy to adapt. In my *9th month of scanning baby weight and all the reports are normal. Did my office work, daily work without any challenge*. Thank you so much mam for your guidance and support throughout my pregnancy. Delivered girl baby.
