I had pain in my hand whenever I turned my neck sideways. I had been to a orthopedic doctor & to a Chiropractor. However, both of them could not help me & i only ended-up spending money on consultation fees. Then I was recommended Omkar Guruji by a relative & i went there to give it a try. Guruji understood the problem and recommended some simple exercises which alleviated my pain by 80% just in the first week! Then after a couple of weeks, couple of new exercises were thought & after about 4 weeks of practice there was no pain at all!!! Not only did I get help for the problem I had, I was also inspired to continue doing yoga & have been doing it ever since (I went to Guruji in Oct 2019). I would highly recommend this yoga institute. The monthly cost is less than a couple of OPD visits to a specialist in Bangalore. One thing i suggest is don't be shy to approach Guruji with your problems. Since there are quite a few people in the session, it is difficult for Guruji to come to you (he is almost always surrounded by people seeking help with their specific problem). So, don't let that deter, go-ahead & tell your problem. If my example is anything to go by, you will definitely get a helpful answer. I traveled about 20kms (one way) and it was totally worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omkar guruji is ideal yoga guru he empahises importantce of spirituality and discipline not only focuses on postures. Also experiments on yoga and scientific explanation indicates in depth knowledge on yoga. Must see his YouTube channel if you cannot attend class in person.
