I had been to lot of yoga trainers,
But trihedron is the BEST! and Praveen is an amazing trainer. Training is so authentic and the explanation of each posture , the facts of why n how n what and what not. And most importantly , even with both online n offline classes together, he manages to give individual attention so well!!!
I have fallen in love with yoga only because of Praveen sir's method of training!
I would recommend trihedron 100% anyday

I was struggling with a injury. Initially I was skeptical how the online yoga sessions would work as I was living abroad, but they proved me wrong. This place is a gem with top notch coaching. The head coach Praveen is super knowledgeable and scales the asana as per your range of motion, which is hard to find these days. And one more thing which puzzles me is they are super punctual and do not give your false promises about recovering from a injury or losing weight in no time. They always tell you consistency and practice will get you in a better position than you were during joining which I agree 100% and it shows that they are not here just to do business, but to provide top quality coaching and satisfactory experience.
After the first three weeks I felt a huge difference with my mechanics and could feel where I went wrong with weightlifting. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to perfect your craft. Thanks Praveen for your exceptional coaching and helping me with my injury.

My mind and heart was asking for something more and wasn't satisfied with online classes. By God's grace, met Praveen and joined Trihedron!! Now I know what yoga is and could really connect with body and mind and I am able to detach myself from body and mind! It was an awesome journey during beginners batch and my mind whispers that I am at the right place....long journey to be travelled ofcourse with my yoga "Gurus" or masters. Blessed to be in this yoga Gurukula. Highly recommend this place for people who are crazy of yoga...this is the final destination. Dhanyavaadagalu.
