β β β β β I am buyer of ATS flats and they have defaulted in giving possesion of the flat for more than 2 years now and still their is no sign of handing over the possession. Most of the buyers have paid 95-100% of the amount and ATS is just sitting with that money and using it for other projects instead of putting labour in the existing projects which are pending since so long. We booked with ATS thinking it's reputation is good but they have proved it otherwise so buyers please beware from trusting ATS or reading the 5 star reviews as they are fake.

β β β β β ATS is launching new projects every month but not completing the previous projects which where launched 5-6 years back, now one needs to think of this before booking a flat with ATS as they keep on saying they donβt have funds to complete the project, where the hell all the money have gone which you took from us.
Complete the previous projects like Le grandiose, Dolce etc and than launch new projects. Please respect the feelings of people who trusted in you.

β β β β β I am waiting for Grandstand project to start foundation stone but this is now being 3 years and no progress. Booked the plot 2019 and till today 2022 no one has ever replied to email. People already left the job who were booking the grandstand and to whom investor call and know the progress if any although it is on halt. Customer care not responding over email for many days. It seems Name and trust this builder dissolved in coming years if this will the show. May i know whose else project has booked on Grandstand Sec 99 Gurugram with committed delivery end of 2023. The way it has progressing it will not complete before 2026 and thats too if they kick off the project now.

β β β β β ATS has collected complete amount 2 years back but no possession given as promised in 2019 .. management does not respond. No one cares and bother. Customer is being harassed. No one takes the responsibility and management does not even pick up phone calls and reply for messages. Poor show. Stuck badly with them. Donβt even deserve one star rating.

β β β β β Not sure about the delay n delay all the time, Have read many reviews with lot of frustration which all are valid as mine, 12-18 months of delay is acceptable considering the pandemic conditions but at the same time launching new projects is not fair, Why the builder is not thinking about his degrading reputation which is really a hard to earn and need many years to be built...very strange. :(
Would request to the ATS builder to take it seriously and try to rebuild the trust at earliest else it will never be up once the faith & trust is gone completely..we know that with examples of few builders who will never gain their trust in life...please don't go in that direction....and deliver the delayed projects at earliest..PLEASE.

β β β β β It was murder of my faith in ATS builder today.I booked flat in ATS pristine 5 years back.Promise was to hand over in 3 years.
But till now no sign of possession.
No one will take pain to address the situation.Worst part that they collected extra GST tax which they had promised to adjust in my rate but not happened.
Finally today I sold it at same price which I have deposited 5 years back.
Surprisingly in their office no staff bothered to ask why r you selling your flat.As they all r also aware. and getting good amount for doing transfer.
So my appeal to all flat buyer please don't go by the name.Try to purchase once project is clear. ATS charges 30 percent more in respect to other builder due to past reputation which is now vanished.
You see their ATS Advantage security.
Worst guards r deployed their.
Think thousand times before buying.
