β β β β β I went to sell my gold jewellery.. First of all the service is not good. The way the staff members behave is really annoying as if they are interrogating thieves. There is no transparency about the deduction charges. You will lose 20% of your gold value. I would recommend Lalitha Jewellers instead of this place. They are more professional and if you are going for exchange they will take your gold for the current market rate without any deduction.

β β β β β Never sell your gold in Attica gold they don't know how to check gold properly. One necklace which I use to mortgage in bank for many years. and i went to Attica gold jayanagar branch to sell that old long necklace they checked and told it's 12carrot gold .same day in lalitha jewelry and kalyan jewellery I went for check the my gold they checked by machine and told it's 20 carrot gold with 80% gold. Again I exchanged that necklace and purchased another long chain.. I don't why told me like this maybe they don't have experienced staff or Good equipments to check.

β β β β β They dont give proper rates. There is lots of difference between what customer care is providing information and what they are providing at thr branch.
Finally i went to Bannergatta road branch whr the co-ordinators are very good and they are talking according to customer care what they provide the information.
