★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service for SILVER! They do not provide a bill. Had purchased silver anklets and they told us that they'll mail us the bill as the server is down. I did not receive any mail and two weeks later visited the Jaynagar showroom and they asked us to wait for 5 minutes and we waited for more than 2 hours, came up with same story server error. We asked for atleast a hand written bill for which also they disagreed! Pathetic service. They also do not provide any exchange or other services for silver items... They are not providing bills for silver to save on tax. Pathetic service, this will be exposed soon. Will never visit this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has always been an amazing experience with Malabar. I have been their regural customer for 10+ years. Muniraju attended to us very patiently and showed us almost all the great designs from the store. He was very calm and friendly.
Not to forgot Manager Mehoob has been very very kind and friendly person and always ensures their customers are happy. Thanks for such a lovely overall experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a pathetic experience because of a salesperson here. They might have better and lot of collections but the service is pathetic. I have shopped here for my wedding and the service was good back then . Recently visited after the renovation, this person named “Vishnu” ruined it for us. Horrible service, disrespectful and simply arrogant. Having such people as your workers brings down your value. People these days have no respect or have manners. This single star is because of the experience we had!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first experience in Malabar Gold. Such a nice store and the sales executive Ms Sayeeda is best at her work. She showed us some best designs. I believe she is a professional when it comes to Jewellery. Her behaviour and politeness is really best. I got what I need for my sister's wedding, with a big smile on my sister's face. Thank you so much Ms Sayeeda. Your a good and lovely person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am just writing this review because I wanted to recognize a valuable staff named Rachita who was so kind and made sure we will b assisted in time sooner when it was delayed due to high crowd and less faculties. She tried all her possibilities to get a staff arranged for us to assist. Infact, if she hasn't done that, we would have left without shopping. Such staffs are big privilege for your business to give best experience for the customers. Big Kudos to her. You should really recognize her!!!!!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Neha, the Guest Relationship Manager. She assisted my wife at every step to make the best selection of jewellery. She was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely patient with us. At the end, my wife was extremely satisfied with the purchase of jewellery.
Will definitely return for our future jewellery requirements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm first time visited Malabar Jayanagar 2nd block branch. I'm really impressed they have wide range jewelry available. Light weight to Heavy weight collections available. We purchased antique temple hara for my mom. Ms. Syeda sales executive helping my to select the design we thank you Ms Syeda. People's must visit jewelry atleast once. Their is one good option in Malabar. You have to ask sales executive show me your own manufacturer Jewelry disgn because (MC) Making Charge is 13.8% otherwise it is 24%. You can save thousands. Thank you
