★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property is very poorly managed, still under construction..no proper management for customers..they have two set of people- not sure one builder and one ATZ guys..like every project, i went to sales office ( which again is shady and dirty) - they said u need to call the builder guy since i was contacted by them. And then the real fun came. Dont trust these guys- they LIE to bring u. They said flats of my preference available on multiple floors half an hour back over phone - and once am there they say no - we have only 2 flats - none as per my preference. When asked why did u lie? i wasted time and petrol, the ATZ guy just says sorry, and walked away! So far have seen 10+ projects - this was the worst professionalim and the whole project is poorly managed! Very bad CX! Not sure how cheap the flats are that customers will undergo such unprofessional behavior!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son and daughter in law bought flat in ATZ Ultima few months back. Everyone told us not to buy with them and to have everything in written even if we are planning to buy from ATZ. From our experience they are not so bad, though they ask you for bribe and maintenance charges, no one will force you to pay. Their staff is cooperative enough and help you with processing. You might face glitches here and there but it's there with everyone not just these people. So we wouldn't scare people not to buy with them. We know there are lot of other people who faced problems with them but personally we have been lucky and our process was smooth. Considering previous experiences may be you could just be little cautious when dealing with them but this cautiousness should be there with everyone not just ATZ. So you could go ahead if you get a good deal.
