No water or power backup problem
All residents are well educated and employed people.
Apartments are well ventilated. Would continue my stay there if I would not change my ofc location.

It is a calm and very peaceful place to live as it has got most of the amenities and a good security system with clean and well maintained.
Overall good quality construction and a community for families with children to stay at and very good access to main road and key locations.
Also, daily needs are easily accessible.
And also, not to forget the owner of this appartment is too good and a humble person in all sort of support and help.
