★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very neat and well kept residential complex with requisite covered and open parking for residents and guest parking for outsiders. Security of the complex is pretty decent. Residents are educated and reasonable. Its a one building two wings complex of 12 floors. Outside equipments and lifts are powered by solar energy. Maharashtras first residential complex is installed in this society. Segregation of waste into dry and wet is diligently followed. Though the premises is adequate area wise the small drawback is that those going to work far off may find this complex a bit far from the railway station. Adequate transportation by city busses and share rickshaws is available to mitigate this though. Also no public playground or gardens in nearby vicinity.
