The experience from entering for enquiry in showroom..to delivery.. than to first service was excellent. Happy to be the owner of Vespa..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience with this showroom has been pathetic to the least. I purchased a scooter in the month of October 2020, to my utter surprise I am still waiting for my “number” in this period I have seen four employees leaving the centre. Called close to 80-90 times visited 5-6 times although this show room 25kms away from my home. Behaviour of the staff is very poor. Customer experience is negative as per my situation. I am in a state of depression. What should one expect after spending 1 lac plus from your hard earn money and don’t get to ride or close to 4-5 months Just beacuse of the foolishness of the dealer.
My suggestion look somewhere else because this scooter is fantastic but the dealer is not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor sevices...in fact they kept me waiting for the number plate...this is really unappropriate behaviour...I must say...it's been around 3 months I purchased the vehicle,but still the showroom people manager,gave silly excuses ...they should understand customer time and patience!!Number of times called the staff..didn't picked up calls...infact inspite of follow up they are pathetic,worst services..worst staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vehicle is Fantastic but dealer is worst , when you're spending 1.3 lakh on a scooter what is expect is good post service , I bought scooty on 3 nov 2021 they said to give number plate after 10 days but they delayed it for more than 45 days , staff is very irritating they didn't picked up my call for more than 2 days ( saurabh kumar ) , now when they sent number plate they fixed back number plate and give me front plate in hand , they asked me to make sticker which is illegal and I can get a fine from police , they promised to give jacket from last 2 months they are not giving it and saying size is not there . You should find another dealer rather than them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ recently I purchased aprilia SR 160 from this showroom vehicle was good but dealer is worst. they don't how to treat a customer and what is customer experience. once you complete the payment for your vehicle they don't care about vehicle accessory, RTO (vehicle no.).they don't answer your call
