The moment you purchase and step out, they will not take any ownership.
See my bike, 15 days old and there is a small crack (not caused by any action from owner). Its clearly a manufacturing defect and they are not considering it.
Its a spare part that is not even expensive, still they are not replacing it. Imagine if there are any major faults then what will you do?
They are asking me to get it changed through insurance.
Owner is very rude and he has no sense of how to talk to his customers.
Please read this before buying from here. This is my 2nd Vespa bike, for the first one also I had paid for pick-up /drop facility for servicing but when I called them later for servicing they complained saying we don't do pick up from your location.
Very disappointed !!!
